What we have learnt from this years Big Brother so far.

If you are like us and love this time of the year just because it means a brand new batch of celebs enter the Celebrity Big Brother house then you must be loving this series so far.

Our office is predominantly females and we all say the same thing... Lee Ryan from the boyband Blue is a DOG (maybe a little mean but we dont like players!).

First he whispered sweet nothings into the beautiful Casey Batchelor's ears then went and snogged Jasmine Waltz in the space ship toilets (yes, a space ship- big brother loves a crazy task). Lee then proclaimed his love for Jasmine. Casey and Lee later got fake evicted and put into the Big Brother Bolt Hole. He proceeded to dribble when watching Jasmine from the Bolt Hole as well as cry about how much he loved her. Oh and of course he still continued to flirt with Casey. During this whole time he still doesn't seem to understand what he has done wrong.

So we thought we would give our guide to what to do and what not to do in the Big Brother house.

Don't

1. Don't fall in love with someone after 72 hours and cry in the diary room about it. Yep we are talking to you Lee!

2. Don't bitch about other girls when really they have done nothing wrong.

3. Don't lead a girl on it will never end well for either of you. In Lee Ryan's case the public are not really liking him atm.

Awks: You could cut the atmosphere with a knife before Casey and Lee left the Celebrity Big Brother house... but it was about to get much, much worse

4. Don't fondle in a hot tub/ flash your boobs/suck a duck (yes dappy was snogging a gold duck)/ have a weird dominatrix party/do anything sex related if you are being recorded on a camera. ALOT of people are watching you!

Do

1. Have Fun! No one likes a party pooper so get involved and have a laugh!

2. Be yourself! Well we can't work out if Dappy is being himself or trying to cover up his bad boy image but we think you shouldn't be afraid to be different!
